Description: Crisp & classic late 1950s / early 1960s vintage day dress made of a soft lightweight cotton blend fabric in vertical blue & white striped pattern. The short cuffed sleeved dress has a tailored sheath cut and features a small rounded collar, a darted bust, nipped waist and a slim cut skirt with a knee length hem & rear walking pleat. The dress has a full button front opening and is unlined (slightly sheer against strong light - you can always add a slip underneath). MEASUREMENTS: No size labels ... the bust measures 38 inches (therefore fits a size 32 - 34 bust best), the waist measures 27 inches and the hips are 40 inches. There is no stretch to the fabric ... as always, remember to leave room for you when using these measurements to determine fit. The dress is 42 inches in length.
