MID 1900'S TAKAHASHI JAPANESE 8" TANTO KNIFE 3.25" BLADE SCABBARD WOOD STAINLESS

Description: READ CONDITION BELOW FOR THE SPECIFIC KNIFE ! These are Japanese Takahasi tanto style stainless steel knives. The condition is as shown in the photo's but I would add that they are all in good to excellent condition. A couple have retention condition issues as described below, otherwise they are all in good use condition. #'s 1-6 have a slight variation: they contain 2 extra colored dots which are colored and the blades have a slight diffrent look to them. I'm assuming 1-6 and 7-16 are made by diffrent people, though they are almost identical with diffrences as previously mentioned and as shown in photos. Condition varies slightly with each knife, chose the one you like most, while they last. All knives are approximatly 8 inches closed with a blade of about 3 1/4 inch long. Weight is approximatly 1.2 ounces. These are from my personal collection. I love ninja / samari style knives that can be carried covertly. These knives slim profile make them a perfect conceal carry option. I have these priced on the conservative side. These types of knives (vintage, intact, all wood, stainless steel, tanto style) will not be around for long at these prices. Will pack impeccably. All knives only close one way, in one direction, do not try and force the blade in incorrectly as the knife has a slight cruve and the blade slides in as per the curves shape. I always wanted to give these knives a good cleaning and use linseed oil on the scabard / wood, but never got around to it ... these are such beautiful knives, i know they will be cherished forever.
