This is a Delicate Cased Scientific Instrument with Metal and Glass Cover with Heavy Beveled Glass Panels, in Good Original Condition, please understand inside the cylinder there is some natural discoloration but it winds and works. This is a Beautiful Victorian Weather Instrument and will Display Nicely and Make a Stunning Addition to Your Collection.
