Description: Metal Tin Advertising National Biscuit Co USA Hinged Lid Antique This antique metal tin once provided advertising for the National Biscuit Company (now known as Nabisco). The outside has a cracked paint finish. It resembles a gift wrapped in dark green with multiple, overlapping gold trimmed red ribbons. A design on the top resembles a gold seal of sorts. What resembles a gift tag on each end of the tin says, “NATIONAL BISCUIT COMPANY U.S.A.” This tin measures approximately 101/2" wide x -1/2" deep x 4-1/2" high. Pre-owned. The handle, hinges and front latch work well. This tin appears to be well used, with a little dirtiness on the inside and some scratches and rub marks on the outside. From the estate of our Uncle Paul, born in 1927, who collected all kinds of things in Denver, Colorado, from the mid-1950s until his untimely death in the mid-1980s. It’s going to take us a LONG time to liquidate the estate, so we invite you to keep watching for our listings.
