Description: Today I have for sale one pre-owned metal cooking rack. I do not know the exact uses this was designed for, but it appears to be Reversible with a slight elevation on one side and a high elevation on the other. It has an 11" diameter so I imagine it will work inside a pot for steaming or roasting. Turned to the low side it can keep food just about " above the bottom of the pan. On the long side it elevates 4". Can be used as a cooling rack as well. Sturdy metal rack. Not for microwave. Thanks for looking!
