Description: Meissen Relief Molded Gold & White Biedermeier Rococo Scrollwork Serving Bowl Antique mid 19th century German relief molded biedermeier and rococo revival scrollwork bowl with heavy gold highlights. Marked on the bottom with the underglaze blue crossed swords used by Meissen. Probably circa 1850s. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 12 5/8 inches long x 9 1/2 inches wide x 2 1/2 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
