Description: Meissen Relief Molded Biedermeier Gold Leaf Scrollwork 11 Inch Bowl Nice antique German porcelain bowl. With relief molded leaf scrollwork alternating between heavy gilding and gold highlights to the molding. Marked on the bottom with the hand painted underglaze blue crossed swords mark used by Meissen between 1860 to 1924. Has some wear to the gilding, and a few small brown spots in the glaze, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 11 inches wide x 2 1/8 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
