Nice set with numerous illustrations. Books are Fair+ with moderate foxing (heavy in some places) wear to the boards, boards in both books loosening a bit with some webbing showing in interior. Handwritten old writing from 1907 identifying this as belonging to a library. Some pencil notes and price from previous book seller in pencil. Some other dings here and there. Still a decent copy of this important set. Note these two volumes comprise the entire Medieval content.
