He has designed and taught college graduate courses in healthcare quality, Lean and organizational ethics and has presented at national quality conferences. His doctoral dissertation is titled Healthcare Organizational Metaphors and the Implications for Leadership. He owns AWLG Healthcare Consulting, LLC.
