Measures 14.5” from underarm to underarm and 40” total length from centre back of neck to hem. Although stretchy, has a pencil,style skirt measuring 15.5” across at the hem. I’m an average size 10 and it fits me fine, so I’ve estimated it as being suitable for either size 8 or 10.
