Legs are all gold tone metal. The stand has gold tone legs with clear plastic/gold sparkle glitter wheels. All of the trays are good. I'm showing close ups of the only tray that shows more wear. The rest have wear only on the high edges. Legs are good and backs are great. Measures 21 1/2" long by 16" wide by 23" tall. Tray stand with wheels is about 3" taller. Pictures sell!
