Description: Good vintage condition, great sounding, this McIntosh MX-112 Preamp with AM/FM stereo tuner. It was recently gone through by a qualified technician, specializing in vintage audio equipment and a McIntosh user since the late 60's. Under performing or aged "out of spec" components were changed (please note last photo), new lamps were installed, all controls were cleaned and lubricated, and it was oscilloscope and audio tested to see that it was up to specs. Cosmetically, the glass is new, all rotation knobs were ultrasonically cleaned, the chassis was cleaned, new OEM feet were installed, and the RCAs inputs were cleaned. Very few minor usage marks are noted. A good clean copy of the manual is included. Please take a look at the photos and ask any questions you may have.
