Description: McDonnell Douglas Navy VFAX Coaster Up for sale is an absorbent stiff paper coaster for the McDonnell Douglas VFAX experimental aircraft project that the company proposed to the United States Navy. From what I can tell from a search on the web, there were two VFAX projects, one in the late 1960s and the other in the mid-1970s. Both were dropped in favor of other projects.
