Returns If you change your mind about your order, all uninstalled or unused goods in their original pre‐sale condition and packaging may be returned to Moss Europe within 30 days of purchase for a refund. A copy of the original invoice or the picking label (which is generally attached to the original packaging) must accompany the return.Return postage and packaging costs must be paid by the customer. Unless the return is due to our error, in which case you will be refunded for the return delivery cost, standard or least expensive method of delivery only.
