This is a valuable reference for those who descend from the families listed in this book who arrived on the Mayflower. The genealogy is dependable.Please see photos for the best description of this item. I see no wear to the covers or any of the inside pages. There are no stains or signs of use. I ordered this book myself, back in 2005 and it has been kept in a smoke free pet free home and has no odors.
