We do ship items to any location with a usps address either first class, parcel, or fed ex depending on the size and weight no matter if the shipping is free or not. (the only exception would be sports cards under $20 or other items used with ebay standard shipping.) Otherwise your item will go out with Global Shipping.All Items to generally ship within 24-48 hours.if you have 0 feedback and are interested in an item please contact us first, if not we will use our discretion to decide whether to proceed or cancel an order.
