It is titled Mothers and Children under Three Umbrellas 1917. Martha Walter (1880-1976) was a well-known Philadelphia Impressionist who specialized in light-hearted, colorful beach scenes, especially of Gloucester, Coney Island, Atlantic City, and along the French Coast. I believe this is a print produced in the 1990s. It is matted and framed under glass. It has a solid wood frame that is painted gold. The matting has a texture to it. The colors are muted and soft. It measures 30" long x 26" tall x 1.25" deep. It weighs 9 lbs It is in very good condition. The gold frame has some damage with a few nicks here and there. It is difficult to capture this image due to the reflective nature of the glass but it is very beautiful. Please see the photos for specifics on the condition of this impressionist painting print.
