Description: My good friend Brendt C. just loves Smokers. I made this for him to run and is the RC Color (RC-7), this is a Shrimp Color. This is the same lure on Auction but that has lead and still I get reports of good results. Brendt caught this 866# Marlin off the Penguin Banks on May/10/2014. Right on the 40 fathom ledge, I myself caught a 585# on the 40 fathom ledge. This is the Foam Insert Concave. No lead. I plugged the ends of the lures and the 9" floats. The 7 inch sank but with almost "0" Buoyancy, it moves with no effort at all in the water. The 9 inch lure was first run in the "Ahi Fever 2008" (on Google Search). June 14, 15 2008. Saturday it caught a 159 pound Yellowfin Tuna "4th Place" and a 300 pound Marlin. This lure was run as a "Bonus" 6th line, 2nd wave back next to the Prop Wash. This Lure Smokes and when it goes under, it Wiggles like it does not want to be there. There is a small explosion when it resurfaces. This lure is a Smoker. A Winner. I sent the 7 inch to a friend in CA and it Runs and Smokes good. The 9 inch Lure weighs 3.4 ounces, dressed. The 7 inch Lure weighs 2.2 ounces, dressed. My wife and I have beach house in Rum Cay Bahamas were we do quit a bit of fishing. That fish was 81 inches long and 37 inchs in dia. est. wgt. 130 lbs. It hit and peeled line like a freight train on a 50. Your lures caught several fish last week; half dozen wahoo in the 50 to 100 lb. class, yellow fin tuna in 30 to 50 lb. class,mahia-mahia in the 15 to 40 lb. class. Your lures swim,wobble,and pop just right at about 7 to 8 knots. The shinny material looks like a flying fish wing that really attracted and made the difference hear in Rum Cay. 4/4/2022. Sorry.
