Description: I have a quantity of two. Package Is new and bear has never been removed from the package. I was able to verify the date on the tag through a flap in the cardboard box on the back. The Beanie Baby Bear, Maple, was born July 1, 1996 and was introduced on February 27, 1997. This McDonald's promotion was a Ronald McDonald House. The errors on Maple's tush tag say 1993 even though the box states that the bear's birthday is July 1, 1996. Also, the tush tag states it is registered in Oakbrook, Illionois, which is a mistake because the city (where Ty headquarters is located) is spelled with a space (Oak Brook). I have BRITANNIA THE BEAR, as well as GLORY THE BEAR listed in separate auctions.
