Heat syrup to 190° FInstall precut orlon filter fist with 4 precut pre-filters in the screen basket.Use all 4 retainer clips to secure filter assembly to the bucket.Connect household vacuum hose to vacuum port.Dispense hot syrup into the filter filter assembly.Switch on vacuum.As pre-filters become plugged remove them one at a time as needed. Once filtered pour into you bottling pot heat to 180°-190° F and bottle.
