Description: This listing is for a world class mako fossil shark tooth recovered from the Meherrin River in North Carolina. It is near max size for the species, measuring 2.89 inches (longest slant) and is all natural with no repair or restoration. The color is phenomenal (and teeth like this are the reason collectors love the Meherrin River). I've been collecting for quite a while, and I've never seen a more impressive Meherrin River mako. The 3 pictures with the blue background are taken in natural outdoor lighting (with no editing/filters); the other 3 are taken in a well-lit indoor area. Returns accepted for buyers within the US within 30 days if you aren't happy for any reason, provided that it must of course be returned in the same condition (the buyer is responsible for packing it securely so that it comes back undamaged).
