Description: Here we have a rare, two-party piece of '50s industrial memorabilia... An intact J.A. RICHARDS MULTIFORM BAG miniature SAMPLE mailed to HOERNER BOXES, INC... Postmarked Nov. 15 1957 (and as having shipped from Kalamazoo to Keokuk, Iowa)... * Looks like they just attached the mailing card--it does not open up--to the bag and dropped it in the mail... 12 cents postage paid... * Sample bag is a finely woven yet fairly porous looking cloth... * All markings pictured... * Please see pics for measurements & other details. * Please ask any questions you might have BEFORE bidding. CONDITION: UNUSED SAMPLE ITEM... In quite nice shape... Looks like it has gotten perhaps a little discolored with age and gathered some dust over the years. Inspection of the close-up pics provided suggests that a vast minority of the many tiny holes naturally in the bag have joined with others to form larger--albeit still very small--holes. Please see pics carefully BEFORE bidding to assess these and other aspects of condition. Please do not bid if you expect to receive a card that is somehow "better" than the one here pictured and described. NO RETURNS: SOLD "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY SORT... SHIPPING: BUYER pays $7.50. YES, I will COMBINE auctions. Please wait to pay until after you have received an updated invoice--with discounted shipping--FROM ME.
