Havick). This painting is of Ypsilon Mountain (alt. 13,520 ft.) in the Mummy Range of Rocky Mountain National Park in Northern Colorado. We believe this painting dates to the 1920's to 1930's and it apparently was at one time part of the Mike Nollette collection. This painting is in excellent vintage condition. See photos for overall condition. Auction is for the painting only. The large, carved, vintage gessoed frame is a complimentary gift for the purchaser of the painting. As can be seen the frame has plaster loss and plaster cracks commensurate with its age.
