Explanations and instructions for magic tricks are obviously an essential part of the added value of every single item sold. The boxes of cards received damaged due to evident transport trauma can obviously be returned and then replaced, provided that they maintain the sealing and the relative cellophane intact proving that the damage was in transport and not for use. If the client, despite the evidence of transport damage, proceeds to open the decks of cards, agrees to keep the articles in any case, regardless of the status of the relative boxes and their contents. It is also reiterated that for obvious reasons DVDs, articles with video and / or textual explanations and books, are not returnable because they can be copied and they are educational material in relation to explanations of “secrets” of magic tricks.
