Description: These Mad magazines are belovingly read repeatedly by a young lad so most have signs of wear. I make no claims for any to be in pristine condition. I point out obvious flaws as I photographed & listed each Mad. Most come in a clear protective sleeve. It is time to sell my extensive collection of the iconic Mad Magazine. I purchased my first copy at a garage sale in 1976 at the age of 12. For the next 20 years I seldom missed an issue and actively hunted for the earlier issues. As I grew older, life got in the way of collecting and the magazine purchases got more sporadic. Many were purchased from second hand book stores, which I opened for the first time to photograph for these listings. My collection includes the monthly magazines, Specials and Super Specials, a hundred or so paperbacks, calendars, games, and even a rare hard bound edition.
