Description: Hi. Free Shipping in the US. Here is a Whiton Machine Co USA 4" 4 Jaw Lathe Chuck with 1-1/2"x 8" Center on back plate. Neat vintage chuck here. Main body of the 4 jaw chuck is 4" and looks like it has a 1"x16 tpi thread. The backplate that is installed is about 5" in diameter and has a 1-1/2"x 8 tpi thread. I don't have great tools to make these measurements, so please ask questions. Jaws look good. Some scuffs and marks. Has a key that scrolls it, but will need to be replaced if seriously used.
