The cottage is a beautiful playset which is in overall good condition. The original fence and gate are both still present which is often not the case. Unfortunately there is some sun damage to the roof but this is even and doesn't detract from the beauty of this item. Internally all sticker are fully intact and all doors open easily. The set comes with the original doll who is dressed in the original clothing. The set comes with all accessories shown in the photograph as well as the small yellow box which is original to the set. The comb is not included. All accessories are in excellent condition with no damage. The sticker on the television is still intact. This is a nice example of this set which can be hard to find at this level of completeness. A great item for either display or play.
