Description: This membership kit from 1989 is from the seller's childhood collection. The envelope is in good condition, but is dirty and yellowing. The upper flap is stuck to the inside of the envelope. The card is also dirty. It contains the original owner's childhood signature under the post-it note strip in the photos, as well as the membership number. Some of the writing has come off in a child's attempt to erase writing in pen from long ago. The patch is in excellent shape and has never been ironed on any clothing. Please inspect all photos.
