Starrett Precision Registering Speed Indicator in it's original box / case with paper instructions. This is model no. 107 and as you can see in the pictures this unit is in exceptional condition for its age. This tool is used by machinist's to accurately measure the rotational speed of a shaft or motor in revolutions per minute.
