Description: WONDERFUL artisan/designer hand-crafted sterling silver lapis lazuli and malachite hinged inlay drop earrings. These earrings are really lovely and they are beautifully crafted. They are 1 5/8” long by 3/8” wide and they weigh 7.8 grams. They feature genuine deep blue Afghanistani lapis inlaid at top and bottom with vibrant green malachite at center. These earrings are hinged in three separate sections…..just below the square lapis at top and again just below the middle section of malachite, giving these earrings pleasing movement and allowing them to hang properly. They have no damage. One of the lapis stones at top has a tiny “comet” sweeping through the stone, which is just a natural matrix and a tiny “planet” below on the elongated portion of lapis…also a natural matrix mark. These little white matrix marks are not very noticeable at all in reality, but I enlarge my photos, so they are much more obvious here. These earrings are in very good pre-owned condition with no damage other than, perhaps, very minor surface wear or oxidation on the silver. They will be shipped with new sterling silver clutch fasteners. They are, surprisingly, not signed, but they have been professionally tested as sterling silver and the stones have been verified by a gemologist. Any display items pictured are not included. I request payment within two days of purchase and will ship within two days of payment via USPS First Class mail. I will always combine shipping if the items can be safely shipped together in the same package. I ship with signature confirmation required for items that are valued at $100 or more. I do not charge the buyer for this. While I do not accept returns, I will accept a return with refund in full if I have made an error in my listing.
