They are all vintage Turkmen (Turkoman) pieces that were handmade during the mid to late 1900's for the Ersari sub-tribe on the Old Silk Road of Turkmenistan. More measurements and info are listed below at the end of this description. They have a rich age-patina and mild wear-patterns. Items include:1 three-tier bilezik cuff bracelet with gold-gild and red-beads. 7 "claws" on each side of the back opening to help keep in place. Slightly tapered from arm to wrist. 6.75 inches circumference at wrist (including 1.25 inch gap). Does not bend. Beautiful piece.2 extra-long tenechir hair-pendants with large hooks on top for holding in place. The shape is that of an adamlyk, or stylized female form that celebrates femininity. Ornate charm-dangles hang below, swaying freely when the head moves. More beautiful jewelry - distinctively Turkmen. 10 inches long x 3.75 inches wide each. Sturdily handmade and do not bend.1 Turkmen ring with 4 bells, red bead, and gold gild. Size 9.5 (large size). Very unusual, nice piece.1 triangular Turkmen pendant with wonderful charm-dangles below. Very traditional Turkmen piece. 1 rounded triangle pendant with charm-dangles and red bead.1 long necklace with gilded-adamlyk pendant and amulets extending up the side chains. 26 inches long.1 pair of ornate dangle earrings (probably more recently made) with blue accents.Lots come as is - sorry, no substitutions.
