Black lighter:dated 1996.--looks like the wick was only lit once, wick has hardly any singe on it.--I can't get the flint wheel to move.--sounds empty of fluid. Silver lighter:--has burnt wick.--flint wheel turn but it's a little stiff.--sounds empty of fluid.--silver side has scratches. USA only. All sales final.
