Description: Up for sale is a lot of five (5) black and white snapshot photos from the World War II era. All five photos show men in uniform, one holding a rifle. Four of the five show a vintage car, undergoing repairs, with the hood wide open. One shows what looks to be a row of military jeeps in the background. On the back of each photo appears, in ink, the last name(s) of the serviceman (or men) in the photo. I believe that all five photos were likely taken on the same day (or at least using the same roll of film) because the back of each photo has the same stamped number (13). I do not know exactly when or where the photos were shot. I found these photos, which measures 3.5 x 2.5 inches (including the white borders) in a photo album from an estate in Metairie, Louisiana (just outside New Orleans). The album was full of military and civilian shapshot photos from the World War II era. Please see above for detailed description of condition and photos. Sold as is.
