Description: I am selling three handed carved/hand made duck decoys. Two of them have glass eyes, and old paint. The brown/tan/golden duck is 14 inches long and 6 inches high. It has a hollow chest cavity (what's this for?) and overall is really beautiful, color and shape wise. The head is intact, but a tiny bit lose; it might need resecuring at some point. The green headed duck is about 14 by 7 inches, has glass eyes and a nice shape, and is clearly hand made/primitive. The final duck (black/brown in color), has hand painted eyes and is the most rudimentary of the lot. It has a weight on the bottom and looks like it might have been previously hung/displayed. It is 14 inches long by 5 inches high. This one has initials and a date (1920?) on the bottom. I picked these up at an estate sale, and they are definitely vintage/antique, hand carved/painted, and certainly have a more primitive look than anything massed produced. They'd be perfect as a gift, or for use, or display/decor, or for a collector. I ship fast!
