No returns. First is a round rattle noisemaker manufactured in the 1920 - 1930's. Working order. Decorated with green grass border, flying ghosts, scary black cats with green eyes, a laughing crescent moon, and stars. Signed T. Cohn Inc. Made in USA. Wooden handle is a bit loose but attached with no signs of coming off. Measures 4 1/2" high by 3 1/2" in diameter. The second vintage crank noisemaker is in working order and decorated with a more contemporary design with a sexy, red-lipped witch flying over the city skyline under a full moon with flying bats.
