Acceptable to Good condition with a tear on the back lower left corner, some creasing and edge wear, and spine splits 1 1/2" bottom, 1/4" top. 4) You and I Waltz arr. by Moissaye Boguslawski, Moderne Publications, Chicago, IL. Copyright 1936. Lower Intermediate level. Acceptable condition with a tear on the front lower right cover, creasing and rough edges with spine splits 1/2" bottom and top. Keep in mind the paper used in the 1930s is about like newsprint so it did not wear very well. So while these have flaws, they are still relatively good condition for the age and type of paper used.
