For information, there is just the front cover and what looks to be section titles introducing a selection of recipes. The header on the cover of each booklet, СД ТЪРГОВИЯ РАЗГРАД, translates using Google as, SD TRAGOVIA RAZGRAD. Razgrad is a city in Northeastern Bulgaria, but the other two words are not informative, to me at least. I can't decipher the random letters on the covers of each. I would guess they were produced in the 1960s or thereabouts, which would be consistent with other Bulgarian books purchased from the estate I found it in. They measure about 8.2" by 5.5" and have about 15 single-sided leaves each. Some of those leaves just have the section titles, but most have a recipe. Please see photos for examples of the recipes. These booklets were cheaply made and it appears that the pages themselves may be zerox copies even. In any case, RARE AND INTERESTING FOR SURE - A UNIQUE FIND FOR LOVERS OF COOKBOOKS AND WHO CAN READ OR EASILY TRANSLATE BULGARIAN (using the Google translate option on your smart phones...). B107
