Lot 22 Bronze US Civil War Era 2 Cent Union Shield Coins 1865-1870

Description: This set will ship either Federal Express Ground or Priority Mail, with insurance for full value AND will require ADULT signature at delivery. We recently acquired a large collection of old coins from an Estate. These have been tucked away in a closet for decades. I am listing them all, uncertified and ungraded. It takes time, so please add me to your favorite sellers and stay tuned! You are bidding on a lot containing 22 US two (2) cent coins, also known as the Union Shield coin. The lot contains the following dates: 1864 (x10), 1865 (x5), 1866 (x2), 1867 (x3), 1870, and one Cull. Pictures of both sides of all coins are provided, but please let me know if you need to see something specific. One of the coins has a 0 punched in it and some strange hash marks on the rim, (pictured). Some of the coins are very dark, almost black, while others are brown and some are more red. It amazes me how the same coin made of the same material ages differently. Winning bidder will receive the actual coin(s) pictured. Please review the photos carefully and ask questions if you have them. Please contact us within three days of your purchase, if the item does not match the description.
