They are hand-carved and hand-painted of copal wood in Central Mexico where I travel regularly to select affordable high quality and imaginative pieces. This great piece is called a "loco", a "Martian", etc - it is a fabulous imaginative, well-done, colorful piece. This loco is very detailed in tons of happy colors. All pieces are removable.
