Description: These split spacers will lock the forward lean adjustment screw on the high backs of Flow bindings so they won't loosen over time. Easily swappable/removable with a flat tip screwdriver similar tool. Should fit most if not all Flow Bindings. If you are concerned about compatibility with your bindings, please send a picture of the inside of the release lever on your bindings. You get 4 sets of spacers so you can dial in your forward lean settings just right at the following heights: .1", .2", .3" and .4" To Install: (see video)1. Raise the forward lean adjustment screw screw on the high back past the height of the spacer you intend to install.2. Locate spacer and insert it with the slot facing the screw. Push it in all the way. To Remove: (see video)1. Rotate the spacer so that the split line is facing away from you (like how you installed it) There is mark on the spacer, have that facing you.2. Wedge a flat tip screw driver or other similar item in between the spacer and the screw and pry the spacer out.
