I try my best to keep all original parts, unless something is beyond repair, and I have to replace that piece. This machine has been fully disassembled, sandblasted and all parts cleaned. After I put them back together, they are greased/oiled, the upper roller was refinished and polished - the bottom roller the splines are redone, the flat blade is resharpened.
