Prefers to grow in acidic, peaty, woody mediums. Our woodrot moss medium is this mosses favorite. Use alone or sprinkle base substrate under moss to boost color and growth. -Requires med sun to full shade /dappled light to thrive or bright artificial lights. Can handle periods of heat and drought in afternoons, as long as it receives hydration through watering or environmental dew, or stable terrarium humidity. -Organic, great for use in terrarium, vivarium, as a bonsai pot topper, supply for wabikusa, kusamono, kokedama and landscaping projects. -Consider using one of our moss mediums/additives for healthier, faster growing moss.
