He selected “key” individuals within a state and told them that they would have “exclusive rights” for the issues within their state. When the pins were issued, it was discovered that there were in fact more than one individual in a given state and that there were numerous individuals all over the U.S.A. with so called “exclusive rights”. It is not known to this date how many of each pin were made but it can be safely stated that there must have been large quantities because many traders have them in their collections This set is of Teddy Roosevelt and the Rough Riders, nice pins to add to your collection.
