Selling AS IS no returns please. When powered up with 0-15 volts AC or DC current, this handcar ran well on the test track as the figures moved like they were pumping the handles. On AC current there is no reverse, while DC may reverse is polarity is reversed. The Wheels and copper contact pick-up were cleaned for better operation.
