You are looking at a Lionel 2672 brown caboose from 1941-1942. See my other listings for an interesting variation with an odd truck and nickel journals. This is the variation featuring: tinplate Pennsylvania roadname Blackened journal boxes (vs. nickel) Black painted end rails (vs. brown) Brakewheels Stamped underneath 477618 on side CONDITION: C-6. Looks good. The brown is nice., The black end paint shows some chipping and a few light spots of surface rust. Good white printing. Very strong white number stamp on underside.
