Description: Limoges France hand painted porcelain box. This box is made by Betty St John for Rochard, as written on the box's underside along with the Roman numerals for 1972. The box itself is Christmas themed with the top adorning a Holly branch. There is a ring of leaves around the Holly on the top of the box and another ring of leaves around the body of the box. On the body, the leaves connect to a yellow ribbon. The box's band is metallic with a ribbon acting as the clasp. On the inside of the box, "December is written on the lid, and another Holly is painted onto the bottom. This piece measures 2 3/8" in width and 1 1/4" in height. The item is in fantastic condition with no points of damage.
