Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This listing is for a gorgeous Limoges jardinière with gilded elephant handles and realistically hand painted roses in multiple colors. The jardinière has been decorated by one of my favorite porcelain artists, B. Rex in signature style. One side is decorated with eight gorgeous ruby, pink, yellow and white roses on stem and leaf. The reverse features 5 pink roses and one yellow rose on stem and leaf. This beautiful elephant handle jardinière has been signed by the artist, B. Rex. as photographed. The jardinière measures 13 ½ inches across the elephant handles, 8 ½ inches tall and 8 ¼ inches across the opening. Placed on the plinth, it measures 11 inches tall. The jardinière is marked with the Jean Pouyat underglaze factory mark 5 in green that was used from 1891-1932. The gold paw foot plinth is marked with a Vienna Austria underglaze factory mark as photographed. The beautiful jardinière set is in very good antique condition and totally free of nicks, chips, cracks, or other damage... There is minor wear to the gold on the elephant handles and The plinth remains in excellent antique condition. Please feel free to ask any questions
