Description: Ligne Roset Togo Fireside and Ottoman by Michel Ducaroy Beautiful Togo set. The Togo is finished in Stamskin which is a soft vegan leather. Stamskin is a tech fabric developed by Serge Ferrari, it has the texture and feel of leather but with increased durability - it is incredibly hard wearing, abrasion resistant and waterproof. I have never seen another Togo finished in this material. The tan colour would fit perfectly into a variety of interior spaces. Togo is one of the most comfortable designs pieces ever made, it benefits from having a foam construction with a thick padded layer on top. This padding folds with the fabric to create maximum comfort in a way that is unique to the Togo. Michel ducaroy developed several other designs for Ligne Roset over a 40 year period, such as Kashima, Aralia and Kimba - but it was Togo that became a timeless classic that has remained in production since 1973. With design becoming more like fashion a Togo is the perfect fit for a stylish and modern interior. Togos are investment pieces that will hold their value over time, this example is fully authentic with its original Black tags and fire label.
