Description: For sale is an edition of the storied Levi's® 201 line jeans in pristine condition. Purchased as part of a limited line of updated 201® repros that were sold online only from 2010 to 2012, this particular edition is quite rare and difficult to find. In reading the reviews of other owners prior to purchasing this pair, I became aware that the sizing was a tad bit larger in the waist than what the label indicates. Although the tag on the waist indicates that they are a size 30x30; the waist size was closer to 32 inches all the way around. After washing inside out and hang drying, the waist size came to measure 31 inches all the way around or 15.5" measured across. The length shrunk about 1", so the inseam currently measures 29 inches in length. This pair of jeans has some really eye catching details. Like most other editions of Levi's 201®, these jeans come with a button fly closure, bloused back with suspender buttons on the waistline. What makes these jeans unique compared to other lines of Levi's 201® is the dark resin texture that insures rigidity yet has a very soft comfortable feel. There is also an additional gold stitch running along the interior of the selvedge band. On this edition, the 'Two Horse Brand' patch is actually found on the inverse side of the waist as seen in one of the images. All the details you would expect of this line are to be found to the minute detail; from the embossed letters stating 'L.S & Co S.F Pat. May 1873' on each rivet to the black donut buttons found on the waist and button fly, which boldly state: *Levi*Strauss & Co. *SF Cal.* These jeans have only been worn to try on after washing and drying making them practically new.
