Crescent China (1920-1926), became the Leigh after F.A. Sebring's son Charles Leigh Sebring took overmanagement. He was a pioneer of ivory body dinnerware. Its noted color is an umber tone, a warm, deep ivory hue. The line was noted for being entirely different from any other on the market. The firm (Leigh Ware) closed in 1933.
